Snowfairy AI Labs Partner Program Terms
The agreement between you and Snowfairy AI Labs Private Limited for taking part in the Snowfairy AI Labs Partner Program, as a Creator Partner who earns commission by referring buyers, or as a Business Partner who resells licences.
Effective 2026-10-19 · Version 6.0 · Applies to every Snowfairy product that has a published Product Schedule.
Please read these Terms in full before you apply
These Terms are a legally binding agreement. Part A applies to every partner. Part B applies
to Creator Partners. Part C applies to Business Partners. Part D applies to everyone. The rates and discounts for
each product are in that product's Product Schedule, which forms part of these Terms. By ticking the acceptance
boxes, signing by typing your name and submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood and
agree to these Terms and to the Product Schedule of the product you apply for. If you do not agree with any part of
them, do not apply.
Part A: Every partner
1. Who this agreement is between
These Snowfairy AI Labs Partner Program Terms (the "Terms") form an agreement between you (the
"Partner", "you") and Snowfairy AI Labs Private Limited, a private
limited company incorporated in India (CIN U62099UP2025PTC226386), with its registered office in Varanasi, Uttar
Pradesh, India ("Snowfairy", "we", "us").
If you apply on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these
Terms for it, and "you" includes that organisation.
You accept these Terms electronically. An electronic acceptance, together with our electronic records of it, has the
same effect as a signed document under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable law.
2. Definitions
- Partner Program or Program: the Snowfairy AI Labs Partner Program described
in these Terms.
- Product: a Snowfairy software product that we list as open to partners and for which we have
published a Product Schedule. Each product is a separate Product.
- Product Schedule: the page we publish for a Product that sets out its commission rates,
renewal rules, reseller discounts and any product-specific rules. Each Product Schedule forms part of these
Terms.
- Creator Partner: a partner approved under Part B to earn commission by referring buyers.
- Business Partner: a business approved under Part C to buy licences at a discount and resell
them.
- Partner Workspace: the partner area of your Snowfairy account at
account.snowfairy.ai/partner.
- Partner Link: the unique link, including your referral code, that we give a Creator Partner for
a Product after approval, and any campaign link created from it.
- Referred Buyer: a person who reaches a Product's website through your Partner Link and
completes a Qualifying Purchase within the attribution window.
- Qualifying Purchase: a buyer's first paid purchase of an eligible plan of a Product, paid in
full through our checkout, that is not excluded under Section 11.
- Eligible Net Revenue: the amount we actually receive for a payment after any discount,
excluding all taxes (such as GST, VAT and sales tax), payment-processor and merchant-of-record fees, chargeback
fees and currency-conversion costs. It is not the price shown on the website.
- Commission: the amount a Creator Partner earns under Section 10 and the Product
Schedule.
- Wallet: the balance of your commission shown in your Partner Workspace, kept separately for
each Product and each currency.
- Waiting Period: the 60-day period described in Section 12.
- Payout and Payout Provider: payment of available commission under Section
14, and the third party we use to issue gift cards and prepaid cards, currently Tremendous.
- Pause: a pause of the Program, or of the Program for one Product, under Section 8.
3. How these Terms are organised
- These Terms are the master agreement for every Product and every partner. Each Product has its own Product
Schedule. If a Product Schedule and these Terms differ about that Product's rates, discounts or product-specific
rules, the Product Schedule prevails; on everything else, these Terms prevail.
- You are a partner only for the Products for which we have approved you, and only in the role (Creator Partner
or Business Partner) in which we approved you. Each Product is applied for and approved separately. Approval for
one Product gives you no right in relation to any other Product.
- These Terms are in addition to our Terms of Service, the End-User Licence Agreement of each Product, our Privacy
Policy and our Refund Policy. If they conflict on a matter concerning the Program, these Terms prevail.
4. Applying, approval and your record
- You must have a Snowfairy account with a verified email address, give true, complete and current information,
and keep it up to date. Creator Partners must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Business Partners must be lawfully registered businesses.
- One person or organisation may hold only one partner account. Accounts created to get around this rule, or any
other rule in these Terms, will be closed and all their commission forfeited.
- You apply online from the Partner Workspace (linked from partner.snowfairy.ai), choosing the Product and the
role you apply for. Every application must be completed in full, with each rule confirmed separately, and signed by
typing your full legal name (for a business, the name of the authorised person). That typed name, the boxes you
tick and your submission are your electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms and of the Product Schedule,
with the same effect as a signed paper document.
- We keep a record of your acceptance: a copy of your application, the version of these Terms and the Product
Schedule you accepted, the date and time, the account you used, your IP address and your browser. You can view and
print your copy in the Partner Workspace at any time. Our record is evidence of what you agreed to, unless you prove
it is wrong.
- Applying does not make you a partner. We review every application and may approve or reject it at our sole
discretion, without having to give a reason. We may ask for more information or for proof of identity, tax status,
audience or business registration before deciding, and at any time afterwards.
- A rejected applicant may apply again for the same Product after 90 days unless we allow an earlier
application.
5. You are independent, and our names are not yours
While you are an approved partner we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable
permission to use the names "Snowfairy AI" and the name of each Product you are approved for, and the logos and
materials we provide, only to promote or sell that Product under these Terms. You must not change our logos or
materials, combine them with your own marks, or use them after your participation ends. All rights in our names,
marks, software and content remain ours.
- A Creator Partner may describe themselves only as an independent "partner" or "affiliate" of the Product. A
Business Partner may describe itself only as an independent "Authorised Reseller" of the Product, and only while its
partnership for that Product is active.
- You must not say or suggest that you are Snowfairy or Snowfairy AI Labs Private Limited, or its branch, office,
employee, agent, distributor, official store or support channel, or that you speak or act for us or have any
authority to make promises or contracts for us.
- You must not use "Snowfairy", "Snowfairy AI", "Snowfairy AI Labs", the name of any Product, or any confusingly
similar name or logo as, or as part of, your own name, business or trade name, shop name, page, channel, social
handle, domain name, app, email address or trade mark.
- You must not sell, bundle, pre-install, package or offer a Product together with any other app, software,
service, course, device or offer as if it were one product or an offer from us, or suggest that we endorse any
product other than our own.
- You must not create websites, pages, ads or listings that look like ours, or that could make anyone think they
are buying from or talking to Snowfairy.
- Breaking any rule in this Section is a serious breach. Section 24 applies, and we may also require you to remove
the content and transfer to us any domain, handle or account that uses our names.
6. Conduct that is never allowed
Fake sales and fraud of any kind are not allowed. No partner may:
- buy, or arrange for anyone to buy, a Product through their own Partner Link or with their own money, account,
payment method or device in order to earn commission;
- create, arrange or encourage fake, test or manufactured purchases, or purchases intended to be refunded,
disputed or charged back;
- use stolen, borrowed, third-party or unauthorised payment methods, or use a chargeback to obtain licences, or
help anyone else to do so;
- hold more than one partner account, or give false identity, contact, audience, business or tax information;
- make false, misleading or exaggerated claims about a Product, its price, features, discounts, warranty, licence
terms or availability, invent "official" offers or urgency, or post fake reviews or testimonials;
- send spam, unsolicited messages or bulk email;
- bid on, or use in ads, "Snowfairy", the name of any Product or any confusingly similar term in paid search,
social or other paid advertising, unless we agree in writing;
- promote a Product on or next to content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, defamatory or
infringes anyone's rights;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute a Product's software, or copy our websites, app listings or
checkout;
- do anything else designed to get around these Terms or the purpose of the Program.
You must comply with all laws that apply to your promotions or sales, including advertising, consumer-protection,
privacy, anti-spam, tax, export-control and anti-bribery laws, and must not deal with customers or countries subject
to sanctions.
7. Monitoring and cooperation
We may monitor your promotions, links, traffic, sales and orders to check compliance with these Terms. You agree to
answer our reasonable requests for information within seven days. We do not disclose the methods we use to detect
fraud.
8. Pausing, relaunching or ending the Program
- We may pause the whole Program, or the Program for one Product. We will announce a Pause at least
30 days before it starts, by email to every partner who is active for the affected Products at
the time, and on partner.snowfairy.ai.
- From the moment a Pause is announced, we do not accept new applications for the affected Products. Until the
Pause starts, nothing else changes: Partner Links keep working and earning, and Business Partners may complete
orders already in progress.
- From the day the Pause starts (00:00 India time): payments made while the Pause lasts, including sales and
renewals, earn no commission; Business Partners cannot place new discounted orders for the affected Products; and
the Product's partner page shows that the Program is paused.
- A Pause does not affect commission earned before it started. That commission completes its Waiting Period and
is paid under Part B. Licences already delivered to Business Partners stay valid for their end users.
- Your partner account stays in place during a Pause. When we relaunch, we will tell you by email, and Partner
Links and discounted orders work again under the Terms and Product Schedule then in force.
- We may cancel an announced Pause before it starts, and will tell you by email. We may also end the Program, or
your participation, under Sections 24 and 32.
Part B: Creator Partners
9. Your Partner Link and how sales are credited
- After approval for a Product you receive one permanent Partner Link for that Product. Only purchases made after
a visit through your Partner Link can be credited to you.
- Credit follows a last-valid-click rule. When someone visits the Product's website through your Partner Link, the
visit is remembered in their browser for 30 days, unless the Product Schedule states a different
period. If they complete a Qualifying Purchase in that browser within that period, the purchase is credited to you,
unless they later visit through another partner's link, in which case the later link takes the credit.
- A referral counts only after the buyer's payment has completed successfully. Visits, sign-ups,
free trials, abandoned checkouts and failed payments earn nothing.
- Credit depends on the buyer's browser keeping our referral cookie. Purchases made on a different device or
browser, in a private window, with cookies cleared or blocked, or through an ad blocker may not be credited. We are
not responsible for lost credit in those cases.
- Our records of visits, purchases, refunds and commission are the basis for calculating what you earn. If you
believe a record is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the event with the evidence you have, and we will review it in
good faith.
10. Commission
- The commission rate, the plans that qualify and the renewals that earn commission for each Product are set out in
its Product Schedule. Commission is a percentage of the Eligible Net Revenue of the payment.
- The rate is the same for every Creator Partner of a Product, whatever the size of your audience or sales.
- Only the first paid purchase a given buyer makes of a Product can earn the first-purchase
commission. A buyer with any earlier paid purchase of that Product remains an existing buyer even if the earlier
licence expired or was cancelled, refunded, revoked or transferred, and even if the buyer closed an account and
opened a new one.
- Renewal commission, where the Product Schedule provides it, is earned only when a renewal payment is actually
received by us, only on the same subscription that produced the first-purchase commission, only while that
first-purchase commission has not been cancelled or rejected, and only while your partner account is active and the
Program is not paused.
- Commission is recorded in the currency of the payment. We do not silently convert one currency into another.
Where a payout is made in a different currency, it is converted at the rate applicable when the payout is sent.
- Every commission is reviewed before it can become available. We check the plan, rate, Eligible Net Revenue,
attribution, purchase history and fraud signals. A renewal of an already approved purchase may be approved
automatically. A commission shown as pending is not an approval or a promise of payment.
11. What never earns commission
- Purchases made by you, by members of your household, by your employees or business, by anyone acting for you, or
on any account, payment method or device you own, control or have access to.
- Repeat purchases, upgrades, plan changes, add-ons, renewals other than those in the Product Schedule, and any
purchase by an existing buyer.
- Free trials, free or promotional licences, courtesy, gifted or admin-issued licences, and licences issued in
replacement or as compensation.
- Orders placed by Business Partners, custom, bulk, enterprise, negotiated or manually processed orders, and orders
paid outside our standard checkout.
- Gift purchases made for another person, and duplicate, replayed, test or reversed transactions.
- Payments made while the Program, or the Program for that Product, is paused (Section 8).
- Purchases obtained through conduct prohibited by Section 6 or Section 16, and purchases refunded, reversed,
disputed or charged back as set out in Section 13.
12. The 60-day Waiting Period
New commission is added to your Wallet as pending. The 60 days are not counted from
each sale and not from your first sale. They start on the day your Wallet balance in that currency (pending plus
available) first reaches the minimum payout for your region (Section 14). On that day every pending commission in that
Wallet is given the same date, 60 days later.
Example: one sale in January and five more in February, where the fifth February sale takes your Wallet to the
minimum. The 60 days start on the day of that fifth sale, for all six commissions together.
A sale that arrives after your Wallet has already reached the minimum waits 60 days from its own sale date. No
commission is ever available sooner than 60 days after the payment it came from. After a payout, the same rule applies
again to commission you earn next.
When its 60 days end, a reviewed and approved commission with no refund, dispute or chargeback becomes
available. Your Partner Workspace shows the minimum, the expected date and the days remaining. These
dates are estimates; they change if a sale is refunded, disputed or still under review.
13. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
- While a commission is pending: if its payment is refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back in
full, that commission is cancelled. A partial refund reduces it in the same proportion.
- After a commission has become available: an ordinary customer refund no longer removes it.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes, at any time: the commission for that payment is removed. If it
has already been paid out, the same amount becomes a debt on your partner account and is deducted from your future
commission before any further payout. We may also recover it from you directly.
- When a chargeback or payment dispute is received on a payment credited to you, your partner account is placed on
hold while we review it (Section 24).
- A refund or dispute of a renewal payment affects only the commission for that renewal payment.
14. Payouts
| Payout limits | Partners outside India | Partners in India |
| Paid as | Virtual Visa prepaid card, in countries where the Payout Provider supports it | Amazon.in gift card |
| Minimum payout | USD 60.00 | INR 5,000 |
| Maximum payout per calendar month | USD 1,900.00 | INR 8,500 |
- When your available balance reaches the minimum, you may request a payout from your Partner Workspace. Any amount
above the monthly maximum stays in your Wallet and can be requested in a later month.
- In any one calendar month, payouts come from one Wallet currency only. A partner in India who also earns in US
dollars has that dollar balance paid as an Amazon.in gift card, converted when sent, once it reaches USD 60.00.
- Payouts are issued as a gift card or prepaid card by the Payout Provider and sent to the verified email address of
your Snowfairy account. We do not pay to bank accounts, wallets or any other address, and we do not offer cash
instead.
- Gift cards and prepaid cards are subject to the Payout Provider's and the issuer's own terms, including expiry,
country, merchant and usage restrictions. We are not responsible for a card that is lost, expires unused or is
misused after we send it, or for a payout sent to your verified email if that email account is compromised.
- Only one payout request can be under review at a time. Every request is reviewed by a person. We aim to send
approved payouts within seven business days, but do not guarantee a date. We may delay or refuse a payout while any
review, investigation, tax requirement or legal requirement is outstanding.
- Availability of payout options depends on the Payout Provider and on sanctions, tax and local law. We may change
the Payout Provider or the options offered at any time.
15. Taxes
- You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any tax on your commission in your country.
- Where the law requires it, including under the Income-tax Act, 1961 for partners in India, we may ask for your PAN
or other tax details, deduct tax at source from your commission, deposit it with the authorities and report the
payment. A payout may be held until the tax information we need has been provided.
- If you are required to register for GST or any similar tax, that is your responsibility.
16. How Creator Partners may promote
You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, next to your Partner Link or recommendation,
in a way your audience will notice, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through this link" or "#ad". This
applies on every platform and follows applicable advertising rules, including the Advertising Standards Council of
India guidelines for influencer advertising and similar rules in other countries. In addition to Section 6, you must
not:
- post your link in places where it is not permitted;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, hidden links, redirects, iframes, toolbars, browser extensions or
software that sets our referral cookie without a genuine, deliberate click;
- offer cash, rewards, rebates, or a share of your commission to people for clicking or buying;
- list your link on coupon, cashback, deal or incentive sites, unless we agree in writing;
- sell, resell or sublicense a Product yourself: buyers buy only from us, through our own checkout.
Part C: Business Partners
17. Appointment and the signed agreement
- Approval for a Product appoints you as a non-exclusive reseller of that Product. You have no exclusive territory,
customer or market, and we may sell directly or appoint other resellers anywhere.
- Before or after approval we may ask for documents to verify the business and the person signing, such as the
certificate of incorporation or registration, PAN, GST registration certificate, proof of address and identity
proof of the authorised signatory. We may refuse or end a partnership if they are not provided or do not match the
application.
- Signed agreement. After approval we issue a Business Partner ID for that Product and a Business
Partner Agreement filled in with your application details, which you print from the Partner Workspace. An authorised
person must sign it (with the business stamp if you have one) and email the scanned copy to enterprise@snowfairy.ai.
You may place discounted orders only after we confirm in writing that we have received it. The signed agreement and
these Terms together form the agreement between us; if they differ, these Terms apply.
18. Discounts
- The minimum order and the reseller discount for each Product are set out in its Product Schedule. We do not
accept an order below the minimum. The discount applies to our published list price for the relevant plan and region
on the date of your order, is worked out on the number of licences in that single order, and is taken directly off
the price on our quotation.
- Separate orders are not added together to reach a higher band, unless we agree in writing before the orders are
placed. Discounts cannot be combined with any coupon, promotion, other discount or Partner Program commission.
19. Orders, prices and payment
- You place an order by accepting our written quotation or order form, which states the Product, plan, quantity,
price, currency and taxes. An order is binding once you accept it and we confirm it.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice where the law requires.
- Payment is due in full in advance. We do not give credit. Licences are issued only after the full
payment has reached us. Bank charges and currency-conversion costs on your side are yours.
- Payment must come from your business, not from a third party, unless we agree in writing.
20. Delivery and activation
- We deliver licence keys by email to your registered business email address after payment.
- You are responsible for keeping the keys secure, supplying them to your customers, and making sure each end user
accepts the Product's End-User Licence Agreement. A key that has been activated cannot be transferred except as that
agreement allows.
- Each licence runs for the term of the plan ordered, from the date stated in the order or, if none is stated, from
the date of delivery.
21. Refunds and replacements
- Licences are digital goods delivered immediately. Once delivered, an order cannot be cancelled and is not
refundable, except as set out below or where the law requires.
- If a licence does not work because of a defect in the Product that we confirm and cannot fix or work around within
30 days of your written report, we will, at our choice, replace the licence or refund the price paid for the
affected licences only.
- Licences you could not sell, or keys that were lost, leaked or misused while in your control, are not refundable.
We may revoke and replace a leaked key.
- A chargeback or payment reversal on an order lets us revoke every licence in that order and end your
participation.
22. How Business Partners may resell
- You decide your own selling price to your customers, and sell in your own business name.
- You may supply a Product alongside your own hardware or services only as a separate, clearly named Snowfairy
licence that the end user activates under the End-User Licence Agreement.
- You must not sell or supply licence keys to other resellers, distributors or marketplaces, or on grey markets,
unless we agree in writing, and must not share, split, reuse or resell a key more than once.
- You must not list or sell a Product on public online marketplaces or app stores, unless we agree in writing.
- You must not offer prices, discounts, warranties, refunds, features or licence terms on our behalf that we have
not offered. You supply licence keys only.
23. Support
You provide first-line support to your customers: installation, activation and basic questions. We provide
second-line support to you for problems you cannot solve, by email at support@snowfairy.ai. End users may also use our
public help resources.
Part D: Every partner
24. Suspension, investigation and termination
If we suspect a breach of these Terms or any fraud:
- we may suspend your partner account, for one Product or for all, immediately and without prior notice;
- a Creator Partner's entire balance, pending and available, is held and no payout is made while we investigate,
and Partner Links stop earning new commission while suspended;
- a Business Partner cannot place new orders while suspended.
If we conclude that a breach occurred:
- your participation is terminated permanently, for one Product or for all;
- all unpaid commission, pending and available, is forfeited;
- we may refuse or cancel any Business Partner order not yet delivered, refunding any amount paid for it after
deducting our losses and costs, and revoke licences obtained through fraud;
- we may recover commission already paid on the affected sales, together with our losses and costs caused by the
breach, including refund, dispute and chargeback costs, and set these off against any amount we owe you;
- we may close or restrict your Snowfairy account, report the matter to payment providers and the relevant
authorities, and take civil or criminal legal action where the law allows.
Serious breaches include, in particular: fraud or false information; self-purchases and manufactured sales; orders
paid with stolen or third-party payment methods, or chargebacks used to obtain licences; presenting yourself as
Snowfairy or misusing our names or logos; bundling a Product with other software; selling on marketplaces or to other
resellers without our consent; and false claims to customers or audiences.
Either of us may also end your participation for any reason with 30 days' notice by email. If it ends without any
breach on your part, a Creator Partner's commission already earned is still paid under Section 14 once it becomes
available, even if it is below the minimum payout, subject to Sections 13 and 15, and licences already delivered to a
Business Partner stay valid for their end users for their term. When participation ends, you must stop using our names
and materials.
If you believe a suspension or termination was a mistake, write to support@snowfairy.ai within 30 days. We will
review it once and tell you the outcome.
25. Your promises
You confirm that the information you give us is true; that you will follow these Terms and all laws that apply to
your promotions and sales; that your content does not infringe anyone's rights; and that you have all permissions
needed for the content and channels you use.
26. Your responsibility for claims
You will compensate and defend Snowfairy, its directors, employees and agents against claims, losses, penalties,
costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your promotions, your sales, your statements to customers or audiences,
your content, your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law. We will tell you about such a claim and may take
part in its defence with our own lawyers.
27. No guarantee of earnings or sales
The Program and the Partner Workspace are provided as they are and as available. We do not promise any level of
sales, commission, income or resale value, that tracking will never fail, or that the Program will be available
without interruption. Workspace figures reflect our records at the time and may change after reconciliation; they do
not by themselves create a payment obligation. The only promises about a Product are those in its End-User Licence
Agreement and, for Business Partners, Section 21.
28. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for
lost profits, revenue, audience or goodwill, arising from the Program. Our total liability to a Creator Partner for all
claims related to the Program is limited to the approved commission paid or payable in the three months before the
event giving rise to the claim. Our total liability to a Business Partner for all claims is limited to the amount paid
to us for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such
as liability for fraud.
29. Our relationship
You are an independent contractor or an independent business. Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, agent,
partner in law, joint-venturer, franchisee or legal representative, and you may not make any promise or contract on our
behalf. The word "Partner" is a program name only. Participation is not exclusive: you may promote or sell other
products, and we may work with any other partner.
30. Confidential information
Information we share with you that is not public, such as quotations, unreleased features, internal figures, or
details of any investigation, is confidential. You may use it only for the Program and must not disclose it.
31. Personal data and cookies
We process the information in your application, your visit, sale, order and commission records, and payout details
to run the Program, prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting duties, in line with our Privacy Policy and the Digital
Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To credit sales, a Product's website stores a referral cookie in a visitor's
browser for the attribution period; it holds a signed reference to the partner code and no personal information about
the visitor. Creator Partners never see a buyer's personal data. Each of us handles the personal data it collects as
an independent data fiduciary or controller, and you must follow the privacy laws that apply to your own audience and
customers.
32. Changes to these Terms and the Program
We may change these Terms, any Product Schedule, the commission rates, discounts, Waiting Period, payout limits or
any other part of the Program, add or remove Products, or end the Program. The current version is always published on
this page and on each Product Schedule, and we will notify material changes by email or in your Partner Workspace.
Changes apply from the date stated and do not reduce commission that has already become available, or change an order
already confirmed. A Pause follows Section 8. If you do not agree to a change, you may end your participation;
continuing to take part after the change takes effect means you accept it.
33. Notices
We send notices to the email address of your Snowfairy account. You send notices to support@snowfairy.ai (Creator
Partners) or enterprise@snowfairy.ai (Business Partners). A notice by email is received when sent, unless the sender
receives a delivery failure.
34. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any proceedings, each of us will try in good faith to
settle a dispute by writing to the other and allowing 30 days for a response. Subject to that, the courts at Varanasi,
Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not stop either of us seeking urgent relief from any court
with jurisdiction, and does not remove any mandatory right you have under the law of your country.
35. General
- These Terms, the Product Schedules, any signed Business Partner Agreement and confirmed order, and the documents
named in Section 3 are the whole agreement between us about the Program and replace any earlier version or
understanding, including the Partner Program Terms (version 5.1 and earlier) and the Business Partner Program Terms
(version 1.1 and earlier). If a confirmed order conflicts with these Terms, the order prevails for that order
only.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force, and that part applies to the fullest
extent the law allows.
- If we do not enforce a right immediately, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your partner account or your rights under these Terms. We may transfer them to a group
company or a successor business.
- We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including outages of
payment, hosting or payout providers.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after your participation ends, including Sections 13, 15, 21, 24
and 26 to 35, continue to apply.
- These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.
