Product Schedule: Snowfairy AI™ OS Pen

The product-specific part of the Snowfairy AI Labs Partner Program Terms for Snowfairy AI™ OS Pen (On-Screen Pen).

This Product Schedule forms part of the Snowfairy AI Labs Partner Program Terms. Words with capital letters have the meaning given in those Terms. Where this Schedule and the Terms differ about OS Pen's rates, discounts or product-specific rules, this Schedule prevails.

1. The Product

Product: Snowfairy AI™ OS Pen (On-Screen Pen), for Windows and Android.
Product website: ospen.snowfairy.ai. Partner Links point here, and every purchase is made on its own checkout.
Licence terms for end users: the OS Pen End-User Licence Agreement.

2. Creator Partners: commission

Payment by the Referred Buyer	Commission
First purchase of any eligible plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime)	18% of the Eligible Net Revenue of the Qualifying Purchase
Yearly plan, renewal	10% of the Eligible Net Revenue of the first renewal payment only; later renewals earn nothing
Monthly plan, renewal	18% of the Eligible Net Revenue of each renewal payment actually received, for up to 11 renewals (12 payments in all, counting the first), and only within 365 days of the first purchase
Lifetime plan	18% of the single payment; there are no renewals

Attribution period: 30 days from the visit through your Partner Link (Terms, Section 9).
Everything else about commission, the Waiting Period, refunds, payouts and taxes is in Part B of the Terms.

3. Business Partners: minimum order and reseller discount

Minimum order: 30 licences in every order. We do not accept an order of fewer than 30 licences.

The discount is applied to our published list price for the relevant plan and region on ospen.snowfairy.ai on the date of the order, worked out on the number of licences in that single order, and taken directly off the price on our quotation:

Licences in one order	Discount
30 to 99	20% on every licence
Exactly 100	25% on every licence
More than 100	25% on the first 100 licences, and 30% on every licence above 100

Examples: an order of 30 licences receives 20% on all 30. An order of 50 licences receives 20% on all 50. An order of 100 receives 25% on all 100. An order of 130 receives 25% on 100 licences and 30% on the other 30. The discount on any licence is never more than 30%.

An approved Business Partner for OS Pen may describe itself only as an independent "Authorised Reseller of OS Pen".
Everything else about orders, payment, delivery, refunds and reselling is in Part C of the Terms.

4. History

Before 2026-10-19, OS Pen partners were covered by the Partner Program Terms (version 5.1 and earlier) and the Business Partner Program Terms (version 1.1 and earlier). Their rates and discounts are carried into this Schedule unchanged.
